Terms and Conditions for Use of This Website
Your access to and use of this website (the "Site") is conditioned on acceptance
of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Read these terms before using the
Site. By accessing, using, viewing, browsing, etc. the Site, you agree to these
terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access the Site in any way.

on the Site are provided by Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. ("Nature’s Sunshine")
as a service to the public, its distributors and customers and may be used for informational
purposes only. Single copies may be downloaded subject to the provisions below.
Trademarks
Nature’s Sunshine trademarks may be used only with the express permission of Nature’s
Sunshine. Fair use of Nature’s Sunshine’s trademarks in advertising and promoting
its products requires proper acknowledgment that the trademarks are trademarks of
Nature’s Sunshine.
All other brands and names are property of their respective owners.
Single Copy License
The Materials at the Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any of the
Materials at the Site may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not
copy, reproduce, modify, publish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way
the Materials except that you may download one copy of the Materials to a single
computer for your personal, non-commercial internal use only unless specifically
licensed to do otherwise by Nature’s Sunshine in writing or as allowed by any license

Nature’s Sunshine may terminate this license at any time. Upon termination, you

INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS, EVEN IF
NATURE’S SUNSHINE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME
JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Nature’s Sunshine does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information,
text, graphics, links or other items contained within the Materials. Nature’s Sunshine
may make changes to these Materials, or to the products described therein, at any
time without notice. Statements made about Nature’s Sunshine dietary supplement
products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nature’s Sunshine

Bulletin Boards/Chat Rooms/Discussion Groups
Nature’s Sunshine may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any areas on the
Site where users transmit or post Communications or communicate solely with each
other, including but not limited to chat rooms, bulletin boards or other user forums,
and the content of any such Communications. Nature’s Sunshine, however, will have
no liability related to the content of any such Communications, whether or not arising
under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity or otherwise.

by Nature’s Sunshine, please contact legal@natr.com. No trademark or logo of Nature’s

Any linked sites are not under the control of Nature’s Sunshine, and Nature’s Sunshine
is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a
linked site. Nature’s Sunshine reserves the right to terminate any link or linking
program at any time. Nature’s Sunshine does not endorse companies or products to
which it links and reserves the right to note as such on its web pages. If you decide
to access any of the third party sites linked to the Site, you do this entirely

Applicable Laws
The Site is controlled by Nature’s Sunshine from its offices within the state of
Utah in the United States of America. Nature’s Sunshine makes no representation
that Materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations,

and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or
