Arrivals & Departures
NSP will provide each account with two complimentary round-trip transfers from
the Honolulu International Airport to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel. This service
will be available on the following days: March 4 and 5 for arrivals and March 9
for departures. You must submit your itineraries to MC&A Transportation using the
link provided on the NSP registration website. We cannot guarantee your transfer
or your room’s timely availability if you do not give MC&A your flight itineraries.
If you arrive or depart on any other date, you are responsible for your own transfers
to and from the hotel. Taxies and airport shuttles are plentiful and available for
your transfer needs.
Suggested Dress
For all business sessions and workshops, we suggest casual business dress.
No swim attire please. In keeping with the “Aloha” spirit found here in the islands,
we would like to suggest that you wear Aloha dress to the Awards session and the
Closing Banquet. This means for the men: Aloha shirts and nice slacks; for the women:
Aloha shirts with slacks or skirt, Hawaiian dress or muumuu.
Name Badges
Please remember to wear your name badge to ALL convention functions. Your name
badge is your admittance ticket to all meetings, workshops, sessions and meals.
If you are not wearing it, you will be asked to go get it or replace it at a cost
of $200.
Don’t forget to bring your name badge when you travel and wear it when you arrive
as the transportation company will need it to identify you.
Luggage
Please make sure all of your luggage is well- marked. Use the luggage tags provided
by NSP to help the hotel id entify your bags.
Hotel
Hotel check-in is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 1:00 a.m.
