Important Notes regarding the Special buy-in package deals:
- Name and account numbers will need to be provided in the notes section of the online registration when purchasing a Package Deal.
- All Package Deals are non-refundable. For example: if you purchase a Six-Pack (Full Convention with hotel) for six and have a cancellation, NSP will not refund you the amount of that cancellation.
- Business trips, including the purchase of these Package Deals, may be tax deductible. (See your tax advisor for details).

How Do I Purchase a Package Deal?
- Call Customer Service at 800-223-8225, and let them know which Package Deal you want to purchase (and how many).
- Provide payment (credit card).
- Make sure to contact Customer Service by February 15 with the names and
account numbers of those who will attend. After February 15, any additions
or changes will incur a fee of $30 per person.
- Individual buy-in purchases can be done online. Only package deals require a call to Customer Service.
- All Package Deals are non-refundable. If you have a cancellation, NSP will not refund you the amount of that cancellation. For example, if you purchase a Six-Pack (full convention with hotel) for six and have a cancellation, NSP will not refund the amount of that cancellation.

Additional Hotel Rooms and Extra Nights
Additional rooms cost $139 per night plus tax. The hotel will charge your credit card for any additional nights at the time of checkout. NSP will assign rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit 4 people per room.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Meals, transfers and the Spanish Fork tour-experience will NOT be available for sale separately.
