Requirements:
Beginning January 2012, all new
Star Managers are those who:
- Hold 6 consecutive months at Star Manager or
above
- Are Star Managers during the last month of National Convention 2013

- Achieve the rank of Star Manager for the
first time within five years of becoming a Manager
Benefits:
New District Managers will:
- Be invited to attend National
Convention 2013
- Be invited to come a day early and see firsthand our
incredible state-of-the-art manufacturing facility
- Receive a beautiful
award on stage during National Convention 2013.
Note: Travel costs are not
included and are the responsibility of the Manager. Manager will be invited
to attend with NSP assistance only twice.
Requirements:
All District
Managers must:
- Hold 6 consecutive months as a District Manager
- Be
District Managers during the last month of the National Convention qualification
period (November 2012)
- Achieve the rank of District Manager for the first
time within five years of becoming a Star Manager
Benefits:
NSP
will pay for a Leaders Conference for two including travel.The Manager receives an award, a beautiful gift and is invited to attend a special activity
during the event. A recognition certificate and pin are sent after the third
consecutive month as an Area Manager.
Requirements:
Manager must be paid as
an Area Manager for six consecutive months. For free Leaders Conference,
Managers must hold at least Area rank by the qualification deadline (April
2013). Manager will be invited to attend at NSP’s expense only twice.
Note: In
order to be recognized at our next National Convention, a Manager must complete
his or her requirements by November 30, 2012. This is for the ranks of Area and above.
Benefits:
Receive $250 a month car allowance. After the third
consecutive month at this rank, Manager receives an award and recognition at
National Convention, a recognition certificate and a pin.
Requirements:
Manager must send a new car contract to Home Office to start receiving a monthly
car allowance. Car allowance begins the first month at Regional rank
and is
granted as soon as a qualifying car contract is on file at Home Office.
Note: In
order to be recognized at our next National Convention, a Manager must complete
his or her requirements by November 30, 2012. This is for the ranks of Area and above.
Benefits:
Once a Manager is paid at this level for three
consecutive months, NSP will pay for a Divisional trip for two
people. Manager will also receive $400 a month for car allowance (with
qualifying car contract). Manager will receive award and recognition during
National Convention. A recognition certificate and pin are sent after the third
consecutive month at this rank.
Requirements:
Manager must be paid as a
Divisional Manager for three consecutive months. He/she must be at least a
Divisional Manager at the time the invitation to the New Divisional Trip is sent
out. Manager will be invited to attend at NSP’s expense only twice.
Note: In
order to be recognized at our next National Convention, a Manager must complete
his or her requirements by November 30, 2012. This is for the ranks of Area and above.
Benefits:
Manager receives $550 a month car allowance
(with
qualifying car contract). Manager receives award and recognition during
National Convention. A recognition certificate and pin are sent after the
third consecutive month at this rank.
Requirements:
Manager must be paid as
Senior Divisional Manager for three consecutive months.
Note: In
order to be recognized at our next National Convention, a Manager must complete
his or her requirements by November 30, 2012. This is for the ranks of Area and above.
Benefits:
Once a Manager is paid as a National Manager, he or she
will immediately receive the following benefits:
- A $700 car allowancefor
each month during which the Manager is paid as a National Manager and meets
the program requirements. Please review the section “Car Program Benefits”
in the Policies and Procedure booklet for more details.

recognized at the next National Convention. He or she is eligible for the

- $1,000 car allowance for each month during which the Manager is paid as a Global

When the Manager is paid as a Global Elite Manager and maintains rank, he/she
will be formally recognized at the next National Convention. He or she is
eligible for the following benefits:
- An exlcusive Global Elite pin
- Eligibility for legacy pay of 5% on the 6th level
- Eligibility for
Legacy pay of 1% on all levels 7th and beyond. (To qualify for the 1%
Legacy infinity bonus for level 7 and beyond, you must have at least 100
international Managers. Infinity bonus is paid only to the first qualifying
Global Elite Upline.)
Requirements:
- Achieve Senior National Manager rank
- Have at least 3 international markets represented among your first-level
Managers
- Have at least 5 international markets represented among your five
levels of Managers
- Have a total of 50 Managers within your 5 levels who are
international
- Manager must be paid as a Global Elite Manager and maintain
rank to be formally recognized at the next National Convention
