Each of these herbs has been used traditionally as a dietary supplement. ALJ combines them in a balanced formula. ALJ liquid extract provides all the benefits of its powdered counterpart in an easily absorbable liquid form, preserved in a glycerin base.

Adults: Take 2–4 capsules/tablets with a meal three times daily; liquid, take 20–30 drops (1–2 ml) with water every two–four hours;
Children: take 10–20 drops (0.5–1 ml) with water every two–four hours. One ml is equal to 2 ALJ Vegitabs.
