Manager Increase Promotion

Get rewarded for growing your business. Now through March 2019, all Managers are eligible to earn cash incentives up to $2,000 when you break out new managers! And we’ll give you a second bonus up to $1,500 if you maintain your new manager increase through April, May and June 2019.

  • Managers and Star Managerswill receive an extra $250 with the March 2019 bonus PLUS an extra $100 EVERY MONTH in April, May and June for adding at least one first-level Manager to their successline and maintaining the new first-level Manager count ($550 Total Extra Bonuses)
  • District and Area Managers receive an extra $750 with the March 2019 bonus PLUS an extra $200 EVERY MONTH in April, May and June for adding at least two first-level Managers and for maintaining the new first-level Manager count ($1,350 Total Extra Bonuses).
  • Regional Managers and abovereceive an extra $2,000 with the March 2019 bonus PLUS an extra $500 EVERY MONTH in April, May and June for adding at least five new first-level Managers and maintaining the new first-level Manager count ($3,500 Total Extra Bonuses).

We also have cash bonuses when you qualify for the Manager Increase bonus AND managers in your successline also qualify for the Manager Increase bonus.

When you qualify for the Manager Increase bonus you will receive an additional Downline builder bonus for each Manager in your first, second and third levels who also qualifies for the Manager Increase bonus at the following amounts:

  • $100 for each first level Manager who also qualifies for the Manager Increase bonus
  • $50 for each second level Manager who also qualifies for the Manager Increase bonus
  • $50 for each third level Manager who also qualifies for the Manager Increase bonus

And get an ADDITIONAL Downline Builder bonus in April, May and June when you maintain your qualified Manager Increase level those months AND qualified managers in your successline also maintain their Manager Increase levels those months.

For maintaining your qualified Manager Increase during those three months you earn the monthly cash bonus PLUS…

$25 for every qualified first, second and third level Manager in your successline who also maintains their own Manager Increase level in those months.

Program Rules

  1. Qualification Period: October 1, 2018–March 31, 2019.
  2. To be eligible, a manager must maintain his/her new first-level manager count for 4 of the 6 months of the qualification period.
  3. Managers and Star Managers must increase August 2018 first-level Manager count by 1. District and Area Managers must increase August 2018 first-level Manager count by 2. Regional Managers and above must increase August 2018 first-level Manager count by 5.
  4. New QV Transfer Managers will NOT be included as part of the count of any qualifying month; nor will any pending Managers.
  5. Base Manager count is the “Paid first-level Managers” total from the August statement.
  6. During qualification months, the net-increase is calculated—monthly—as your “Paid Managers” minus any new QV Transfer Managers minus any pending Managers, minus any temporary Roll-Up Managers. Bonus amount is according to the tier achieved, according to your rank
  7. Additional Downline Builder Bonuses through three levels are paid after March 31, 2019 (as long as you meet the six-month period bonus requirements) and then paid monthly in April, May and June.
  8. To be eligible for any program bonus, a Manager must be qualified (non-pending). This includes any Members who break out during the promo period and participate.
