The ultimate, relaxing, detox bath!
Add to Bath:1/4 tsp Core
1/4 tsp essential shield
1/2 tsp eucalyptus
1/2 tsp pine needle
A few drops of frankincense

Mix with 2 cups kosher salt and 1 cup Epsom salt

10 drops lavender
10 drops core
10 drops breathe deep
5 drops tei fu essential oil

Mix with 2 cups epsom salts , 1 cup coarse sea salt and 1 cup baking soda. Add to warm bath and soak neck deep.

Sore and tight lower back muscles:
4 cups Epsom salt
5 drops Recover EO
5 drops Core EO
5 drops Helichrysium EO
Pray over the oils before putting in bath and while stirring the oils and salt in the bath water.

Bath RECIPE for immune support and to assist your body systems:
2 cups Kosher Salt
1 cup Epsom Salt
1/3 tsp core essential oil
1/3 tsp. eucalyptus essential oil
1/4 tsp of Essential Shield essential oil
Mix all ingredients in a mason jar. SHAKE. Fill tub with warm water, and pour well blended contents over torso while you are lying in tub. You can add 2-4 small bottles of Peroxide to bath water. This is a POWERFUL RECIPE – if you feel any sensitivity, or irritation swirl salts into water. Can do 2- 5 days in a row.

1 cup Epsom Salt with 20 drops of Changes Blend (more or less to your liking)
2 drops Rose
