Life can be stressful. It’s important to take a moment for yourself – relax, meditate, have a moment of calm in your busy day. It’s said that myrrh essential oil promotes feelings of balance and well-being and is often used to diffuse in a room during meditation or prayer. Myrrh has a warm, earthy scent and has long been associated with spirituality and strength.

Here is a collection of meditations that you can use to start, continue, or wrap up your day. Use wild myrrh essential oil as you meditate. Our wild myrrh essential oil is made from 100% pure Commiphora myrrha gum resin oil.
