Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Romanzi brings over 40 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, having held senior leadership roles at highly recognized global companies. He served as President, CEO, and Board Member of B&G Foods from 2019 to 2020 after previously serving as its EVP and COO. His earlier experience includes executive roles at Nabisco, where he led the multibillion-dollar Biscuit division and managed a 10,000-person delivery system, as well as serving as President and CEO of The Ultimate Juice Company (Naked Juice), President of Hasbro’s U.S. toys division, and COO of Global Brands at Ocean Spray, where he expanded the brand into international markets. He also led Fresh Foods at WhiteWave Foods prior to its acquisition by Danone. Most recently, Mr. Romanzi has served as an Operating Partner with Ronin Equity Partners and a Strategic Advisor for Astara Capital Partners. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Babson College, where he continues to serve as a Trustee and Chair of the Governance Committee.
Executive Vice President, Finance – Chief Financial Officer
Ruth joined Nature’s Sunshine in September 2026 as Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, leading the company’s global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, internal audit, investor relations, and financial reporting.
She brings more than 20 years of finance leadership experience with The Estée Lauder Companies, PepsiCo, and Ford Motor Company. Most recently, Ruth served as Senior Vice President, Global Value Chain Finance at The Estée Lauder Companies, leading financial strategy for its global supply chain and research and development organization and managing a global finance team of more than 120 professionals. Previously, she spent nearly 18 years at PepsiCo, ultimately serving as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for its North America beverages business.
Ruth’s expertise spans enterprise planning, transformation, supply chain finance, capital allocation, and value creation. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and her MBA from Brigham Young University.
Chief Technology Officer
Having joined Nature’s Sunshine in May 2026, John Hnanicek brings decades of senior leadership experience in technology, digital innovation, and e commerce transformation across leading consumer, retail, and direct to consumer organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Digital Innovation Officer at Melaleuca, where he led enterprise wide digital initiatives, technology modernization, and customer innovation efforts.
Throughout his career, John has been recognized for aligning technology strategy with business priorities, modernizing enterprise platforms, and building high performing teams that enable growth and scale. Prior to Melaleuca, John held senior leadership roles at The Vitamin Shoppe, where he served as Chief Customer Innovation and Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer, and earlier in his career at Charming Charlie, as well as organizations including Altrec.com, Knowledge Learning Corporation, Paciolan, eToys, Hollywood Entertainment, and OfficeMax.
John will lead our global technology function with a focus on strengthening our platforms, supporting our consultants and customers, and enabling long term, scalable growth.
Global Chief Marketing Officer
Named Global Chief Marketing Officer of Nature’s Sunshine in September 2024, Kevin brings nearly three decades of global marketing experience to Nature’s Sunshine. His deep understanding of the supplement industry, combined with his experience launching products, building brands, and driving customer growth strategies, will play a pivotal role in advancing Nature’s Sunshine’s strategies.
Kevin joined Nature’s Sunshine from Helo Health, where he served as President & Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this, he was CEO & Chief Marketing Officer at MacuVu Macular Health. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Product & Brand for NuSkin and held key marketing roles at Pharmanex and USANA.
Kevin holds an MBA from Brigham Young University, a B.S. in Biology from the University of Utah, and he was a member of the Kellogg school’s Executive Education Program for Digital Marketing and Innovation. An accomplished, 4-time All-American triathlete and member of the 2023 and 2025 USA World Championship Triathlon teams, Kevin is also a member of the Advisory Board of Unleash Health.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
Mr. Brower joined Nature’s Sunshine in May 2015, and was promoted to Executive Vice President, General Counsel in December 2017. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Brower served as Associate General Counsel at LifeVantage Corporation from July 2012 until May, 2015. Prior to his internal legal counsel positions, Mr. Brower worked as an attorney at the law firms Strong & Hanni and Dorsey & Whitney, where he focused on mergers and acquisition, securities law, corporate governance and capital market transactions. Mr. Brower received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Idaho, and a B.A. in Economics from Weber State University.
Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain
Erich Fritz joined Nature’s Sunshine as Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain in December 2025. With an impressive track record of over 40 years of executive experience in operations, supply chain, and business development across leading consumer goods companies, including Fortune 500 organizations and entrepreneurial ventures such as Wyandot Snacks, B&G Foods, Ocean Spray Cranberries, POM Wonderful, Naked Juice, and Nabisco, he brings expertise in driving growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.
Most recently, Erich served as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Wyandot Snacks, and previously as EVP and Chief Supply Chain Officer at B&G Foods, where he managed supply chain operations for over 50 brands across twelve manufacturing facilities and 90 co-manufacturing partners, integrated major acquisitions and delivered significant cost reductions. His deep expertise in building high-performing supply chains and his commitment to operational excellence will be instrumental in transforming our capabilities and expanding our global footprint.
Executive Vice President, President Asia Pacific
Having joined Synergy in 2004, Dan Norman continues to be a driving force behind Synergy’s success. As President he has taken the company across the globe, introduced new products, solidified Synergy’s opportunities and expanded the Synergy family. Dan has many years of experience in the network marketing industry and has an extensive background in information technology. Throughout his career, he has opened businesses in more than two dozen countries in Asia, Europe and Latin America. He has come to love the people he meets while traveling, and he truly enjoys watching others succeed. He is a stalwart yet personable leader who is known for his ability to execute.
Executive Vice President, President Europe & Latin America
With a sales-driven mindset and a focus on maintaining profitability, Bryant Yates has enjoyed a remarkable career with Nature’s Sunshine since joining the company in 1999. During his tenure, he has opened markets and led significant international expansion across the globe. Through his determination and an innovative approach to the business, Bryant has been instrumental in maintaining operations throughout Russia and Europe in the face of challenging political and economic forces. Bryant has served as Executive Director of Nature’s Sunshine International, Director of International, Europe and the Middle East, and General Manager of Nature’s Sunshine Products Russia/CIS, and affiliate of the company.
Executive Vice President, President North America
Joining Nature’s Sunshine as Executive Vice President, President of North America in August 2026, Janine brings more than 20 years of experience in the Direct Selling industry. Most recently, she served as Regional President, North America at LifeWave, where she led sales, marketing, communications, field education, customer experience, sales operations, and events across the company's largest region. Prior to LifeWave, she spent more than a decade at Rodan + Fields in several senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Sales Enablement, Senior Vice President of North America Sales, and Vice President & General Manager, Canada. During her tenure, she helped support the company's growth to more than $1 billion in annual sales.
A successful network marketer earlier in her career, Janine intimately understands both sides of our industry. Known for driving growth, building high-performing teams, and creating exceptional experiences for customers, distributors, and employees, she has combined strategic thinking with strong execution to lead organizations through growth and transformation.
Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources
Jason Roberts serves as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Nature’s Sunshine, leading the company’s global people strategy and human resources organization. Since joining Nature’s Sunshine in September 2023, he has held progressively senior leadership roles, including Senior Director and Vice President of Global Human Resources. Jason brings more than two decades of experience across human resources, talent, organizational design, total rewards, people systems, employee experience, and recruiting.
Before joining Nature’s Sunshine, Jason spent eight years at Venafi, Inc., where he held multiple senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of Team Member Experience and Services. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Xi3 Corporation and as a Branch Manager at Robert Half International. He attended the University of Utah and Universidad Internacional and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix.
