Probiotics

The human gut plays host to trillions of guests—microflora that are either friendly or unfriendly. These microscopic bugs fulfill a variety of needs, including assisting with digestion, supporting the immune system and bolstering intestinal health. However, certain medications and other environmental triggers can really upset the balance in the gut microbiome. Fortunately supplementing with probiotics—live, friendly flora—helps rebalance these delicate populations.
