Immune-Boosting Chlorophyll Mocktail

This mocktail is a take on traditional Mexican agua fresca, which is made with fresh fruit, sugar, and water. It can also be made using vegetables like cucumber.

Don’t have a juicer? You can blend the ingredients and strain them through a fine mesh strainer. English cucumbers are “seedless” and juice well. If using another cucumber variety, deseed before juicing it.

INGREDIENTS

 

• 1 package Extra Strength Chlorophyll Detoxifying Stick

 

• 1 English cucumber, juiced (about 1 cup)

 

• 1 lemon, juiced

 

• 1/4 piece ginger, juiced

 

• seltzer to top

 

• Cucumber slices, garnish
