Immune-Boosting Chlorophyll Mocktail

This mocktail is a take on traditional Mexican agua fresca, which is made with fresh fruit, sugar, and water. It can also be made using vegetables like cucumber.
Adding the Extra Strength Chlorophyll Detoxifying Sticks adds a sweet lime flavor plus (list benefits).
Don’t have a juicer? You can blend the ingredients and strain them through a fine mesh strainer. English cucumbers are “seedless” and juice well. If using another cucumber variety, deseed before juicing it.

INGREDIENTS

1 package Extra Strength Chlorophyll Detoxifying Stick

1 English cucumber, juiced (about 1 cup)

1 lemon, juiced

1/4 piece ginger, juiced

seltzer to top

Cucumber slices, garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Juice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger together (cut to fit into your juicer). See the blender instructions above.
2. Add the Extra Strength Chlorophyll Detoxifying Stick to the cucumber juice mixture and froth or blend the mixture for 30 seconds to incorporate.
3. Add the ice to a glass with the cucumber mixture, top with seltzer, and garnish with cucumber slices.
