    Which airport should I fly in and out of?

    Florence International Airport, Peretola (FLR).

    What documents do I need to travel to Italy?

    A passport is required to enter the country and must be valid for at least three months from the planned departure date. You will need to provide proof of return travel and sufficient funds to cover your stay. You may also need to complete the ETIAS online prior to landing in the country.

    Note: ETIAS is the new travel authorization for visa-exempt travelers to enter 30 European countries. ETIAS will start operations in the last quarter of 2026, which means it may be in effect by September 2026.

    What dates should I plan on arriving to and departing from Italy?

    Guests should plan to arrive at the Florence International Airport on September 9th, 2026, and depart on September 14th, 2026. If you decide to arrive before the 9th or extend your stay until after the 14th, you will be responsible for paying for those extra hotel nights and for your own transportation.

    How do I extend my stay to arrive early and/or leave later?

    Contact the W Florence Hotel directly to inquire about availability and pricing. The hotel can be reached at +39 055 9946600 or on their website

    Will ground transportation be provided?

    Yes, transportation will be provided for all guests arriving and departing to the Florence International Airport (FLR) on official event dates. Your flight information must be provided beforehand. Email it to events@natr.com. Flight itineraries must be received by August 17th, 2026, to have airport transfers arranged.

    NOTE: If you or your guests want to arrive before the 9th or extend your stay beyond the 14th, transportation will not be provided by Nature’s Sunshine.

    Will Nature’s Sunshine cover travel costs?

    Nature’s Sunshine will provide $1000 towards airfare to each qualified account. Ground transportation is only provided if you travel during the official event dates and arrive and depart from FLR airport. Meals are not included.

    Note: Your flight itineraries must be received by events@natr.com by August 17 to receive the $1000.

    Who will book my flights to and from Italy?

    You are responsible for booking and paying for your own and your guests' flights.

    If I qualified for a travel allowance, when will it be paid out?

    Travel allowance will be paid in the next monthly commission once your flight information is received at events@natr.com.

    Can I buy in to add a guest?

    No, a buy-in option for guests is not available for this trip. This trip qualification is for two people per account.

    Is a credit card required to check in at the hotel?

    Yes, guests will be required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover any incidental charges to the room plus on-site services (i.e. Spa, gift shops, laundry, alcohol, etc.)

    If I am not in the top 9, can I buy in to participate in the Top 9 excursion to Pisa & Volterra?

    Due to capacity limits, the Top 9 excursion is only available to qualified participants.

    Note: All attendees will participate in the group excursion to Siena & San Gimignano.

    Is the hotel all-inclusive?

    Although this is not an all-inclusive property, breakfast is included for all guests staying at the hotel.

    What will the weather be like?

    September weather in Florence is generally pleasant and ideal for sightseeing. With highs of 81°F and lows of 59°F, it is characterized by sunny days with an occasional rain shower.

    What should I pack?

    Suggestions include comfortable, stylish, and layered clothing suited for walking on cobblestones. Breathable layers (cotton, linen) for summer; warmer jackets (leather, denim) for spring/fall. Include long pants and scarves to cover shoulders/knees for church entry. Semi-formal attire for the award gala dinner. A zippered crossbody bag to keep your articles safe.

    Do I need to bring a power plug adapter or voltage converter?

    Yes, it is recommended you bring both. Italy uses Types C, F, and L sockets (two round prongs). Italy operates on 230V, so you will need a voltage converter for dual-voltage devices (like hair dryers or straighteners) that are not rated for 110–240V. Most modern electronics (phones, laptops) are dual voltage and only need an adapter.

    Is it safe to drink tap water in Italy?

    Yes, you can drink the tap water in Florence, Italy, as it is safe, clean, and meets strict European Union standards. It is perfectly fine to drink, though it may have a higher mineral content (calcium/iron) than you are used to. Public, free filtered water fountains (fontanelli) are available, including a sparkling water dispenser in Piazza Della Signoria.

    Is the trip transferable?

    The trip is non-transferable.

    If I am unable to attend, will I be compensated?

    No, there is no compensation payout for this incentive.

    Can children attend the trip?

    Children are not allowed. This trip is for adults only. Must be 18+.
