Customer satisfaction is Nature’s Sunshine goal. If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible products may be returned within the 90-day window.
To begin a return, please visit our Return Portal or contact Customer Service at 800-223-8225. Be sure to include your order number and clearly write it on the outside of your return package. Important: Packages received without a visible order number cannot be processed for a refund and cannot be returned to the sender.
If you purchase your product from a Nature’s Sunshine Consultant, please contact them directly. They can assist you with a refund, replacement, or credit.
Consultants should politely accept any unused portion of the product and then return it to Nature's Sunshine within 90 days of the date of purchase from Nature's Sunshine for a refund/replacement, as per Nature's Sunshine's Product Return Procedures.
