Three in a Row: Coppi and Aragon Stay Hot at A'Basin

HIGH ALTITUDE. BIG ENERGY.
Cirque Series returned to Colorado on Saturday for a high-altitude showdown at Arapahoe Basin.
The A'Basin course served up 9.4 miles and 2,211 feet of vertical gain through classic Rocky Mountain terrain, with thin air, exposed alpine sections and plenty of climbing to test even the strongest runners.
It was also one of the most well-attended stops of the season, with a lively crowd, plenty of big smiles and a finish-line atmosphere that matched the scale of the mountains surrounding it.
And once again, two of the hottest runners in the 2026 Cirque Series found their way to the top.
THREE STRAIGHT FOR COPPI
Mason Coppi is on a serious roll.
After wins at Snowbird and Grand Targhee, the Lakewood, Colorado runner made it three victories in a row with a first-place finish at A'Basin in .

Noah Williams of Leadville, Colorado, finished second in 1:06:25, while Dillon, Colorado's Jeremiah Vaille rounded out the podium in 1:06:49.
Less than three minutes separated first from third, making for one of the tighter Men's Pro podiums of the season.

ARAGON MAKES IT THREE, TOO
The Women's Pro race brought a matching streak of its own.
Alexa Aragon followed victories at Alta and Grand Targhee with another strong performance at A'Basin, earning her third consecutive Cirque Series win in 1:22:02.
Leah Taylor of Dubois, Wyoming, finished second in 1:24:27.
And after missing the Grand Targhee podium by just one second, Nature's Sunshine Mountain Team athlete Jamie Brusa bounced right back, taking third in 1:26:37.
For Brusa, it was another strong result in a season filled with podium finishes—and a quick return to the top three after one of the closest finishes of the year.
