    How do I place an order?

    Browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Sign in to your account or continue as a guest, enter your shipping and payment details, then place your order.

    What happens after I place my order?

    • You’ll receive an order confirmation email
    • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
    • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

    How do I add an item to my cart?

    From the product page, select your quantity and click “Add to Cart.”

    Do I need an account to place an order?

    No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes placing an order easier since your details are saved, and it also allows you to manage your purchases and track your orders more easily.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    Are HSA and FSA payments accepted?

    Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are not accepted as payment methods.

    Why was my payment declined?

    This may happen if:

    • Your billing details don’t match your payment method
    • Your bank declines the transaction
    • There are insufficient funds
