    Most Nature's Sunshine's 450+ supplements are available for subscription. Simply look for the Subscribe & Thrive option on the product page. If you don't see it on a specific product, that item may not be eligible — but the selection is broad.

    Is There A Limit To How Many Products I Can Add To Subscribe And Thrive?

    Log in to your account and select “Subscribe & Thrive” from the account menu to manage your subscription.

    Can I Change My Products?

    Yes, you can add, remove, or pause items at any time.

    What’s The Difference Between Skipping, Pausing, And Canceling?

    Good to know the distinction — they're three different levels of flexibility:

    Subscribe & Thrive order actions
    ActionWhat It Does
    SkipSkips products for your next shipment only. Your subscription resumes automatically the following cycle. Use this when you're well-stocked and just need one month off.
    PausePuts your subscription on hold indefinitely. Nothing ships until you manually resume it. Use this when your timeline is uncertain.
    CancelEnds your subscription entirely. You can always re-subscribe to any product at any time.

    How Do I Skip A Shipment?

    You can't skip an entire order, but you can skip individual products for the month. To do this, go to the Subscribe & Thrive page and select “Skip One Month” for the product.

    Billing & Timing

    When Will I Be Charged?

    You will be charged on the day of the scheduled shipment.

    Can I Change My Billing Date?

    Yes, updates can be made within your subscription by clicking on “Change Shipping Date”

    When Can I Make Changes To My Subscription?

    Changes must be made 48 to 72 before your scheduled shipment date. Changes cannot be made on the day of shipment. This includes:

    • Skipping products
    • Adding or removing items
    • Updating your shipping date, address, payment method

    What Happens If My Payment Fails?

    We’ll notify you by email so you can update your payment information. Your order will not ship until payment is successfully processed.

    Flexibility

    Can I Pause Or Cancel My Subscription?

    Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

    How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

    We'd hate to see you go — but we make it simple if you do. Log in to your account, navigate to Subscribe & Thrive, and select Cancel Subscription. You can cancel at any time, and there are no fees or penalties for doing so. If you're canceling because you have too much product on hand, consider the Skip or Pause options instead — they'll hold your spot and save you the trouble of re-subscribing later.

    What If I Want To Change My Delivery Frequency?

    Your schedule, your rules. You can change how often your products ship — every 30, 60, 90 days or more.

    Is There A Limit To How Many Subscribe & Thrive Orders Can Be Processed Each Month?

    Yes, only one Subscribe & Thrive order can be processed per month.
