    Using Promotions

    How Do I Apply A Promo Code?

    Enter the promo code in the “Do You Have A Promo Code?” box at checkout and click “Apply”

    • Once applied, you’ll see the discount reflected in your order total.
    • If your promotion includes a free product, it will appear in your cart as a “Free Gift” along with the rest of the products in your cart.

    Can I Combine Multiple Promotions?

    Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Only one promo code can be applied per order.

    Do Promotions Expire?

    Yes, promotions are valid for a limited time and must be used before their expiration date. Expired codes will no longer apply at checkout.

    Are There Any Exclusions?

    Some products, bundles, or promotional items may not qualify for discounts. Any exclusions will be noted in the promotion details when available.

    Can I Use A Promo Code On Subscription Orders?

    Most promo codes do not apply to Subscribe & Thrive orders, as subscription pricing already includes a built-in discount—unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.

     

    Troubleshooting

    Why Didn't My Promotion Apply?

    This can happen if:

    • The code has expired
    • The items in your cart are not eligible
    • The code was entered incorrectly
    • Another promotion is already applied
    • The code is not valid for subscription orders

    Promo codes are not case sensitive, but make sure the code is entered correctly with no extra spaces.
    If you believe your code should have worked, contact Customer Support before placing your order for assistance.
