    Shipping Basics

    How long will my order take to arrive?

    Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped.

     

    Shipping options & fees:

    Orders $0–$98.99

    • 3–5 business days: $5.99
    • 1–2 business days: $19.99

     

    Orders $99+ or with a free shipping promotion

    • 3–5 business days: FREE
    • 1–2 business days: $10.99

     

    Priority shipping options:

    • UPS 2nd Day Air
    • UPS Next Day Air

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

    Important timing information:

    • Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) for same-day processing on 1–2 day and priority shipping
    • Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day

    Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?

    Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

    Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

    Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii receive 50% off the standard shipping rate on orders $99+.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship within the United States only. This includes all U.S. states and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.

    Can I ship to a different shipping address?

    Yes, you can use different shipping addresses, as long as the shipping address is within the United States.

    Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

    Tracking updates can take 24–48 business hours to appear after shipment. In some cases, carriers may not scan the package until it reaches the next facility, which can cause temporary delays in tracking updates.

    What if my package shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
